If your equipment is not operational, we will respond with a qualified factory trained technician within 4 working hours of your call. If we miss the 4-hour response, we will apply a $100 credit to you account. If in the unlikely event we cannot repair your equipment within 8 working hours of our initial response, we will provide a loaner with similar features. Be sure and ask your Sales Representative for a complete list of our customer satisfaction programs and their details.

Copy Doctors maintains relationships with over a dozen leasing companies to facilitate your equipment acquisition needs. Their rates and programs are the best you will find anywhere. From start to finish, Copy Doctors will assist you with all aspects of your lease, including the end of term options. Additionally, if you choose outright purchasing as your method of acquisition, we will accept company checks, qualified purchase orders, Government impact, and most major credit cards. Your total financial peace of mind is our goal.

Our Environment…

Copy Doctors is committed to participating in the preservation of our environment for future generations. We actively rebuild, return and re-market toner cartridges for many of the copier, facsimile, and printer models we sell. We encourage our customers to participate in our recharge programs and we will pay the return shipping costs to us through programs we have in place for recyclable fax toner cartridges.
